The British Women's sabre team take Gold in the 11th European Veterans Team Championships 2012 in Kalmar, Sweden. Congratulations to Beth Davidson, Vanessa Hendra, Jane Hutchison and Scotland's own Michele Narey!

Scottish Epeeist Mhairi Spence won the senior Modern Pentathlon World Championship in Rome last weekend – a fantastic achievement which also secures her a place in the Olympics.

Scottish Fencing is delighted to announce that it has been awarded Foundation Level status by the Equality Standard.  

 

Scottish Fencing regrets to announce that, due to the unavailability of both the Irish and RAF teams, this year's B Team Match at Inverclyde has been cancelled.  Plans are in place to bolster the fixture for next year and there will be an announcement in due course.
